At The P.L.A.C.E. for Compassion, we value the time, energy, and commitment that goes into every session. To maintain fairness and integrity in our practice, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Coaching, Reiki, and Healing Sessions

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 24-48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled within this timeframe may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than [Insert Timeframe] notice or missed without communication are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.

Refunds: Due to the time and energetic preparation required for each session, refunds are not available once a session has been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out so we can discuss possible solutions.

2. Package & Membership Purchases

Refunds for Packages: Coaching or healing session packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from continuing, unused sessions may be credited toward future services.

Membership or Subscription Services: If you enroll in a recurring membership or program, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing cycle.

3. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., pre-recorded classes, e-books, downloadable guides), all sales are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If an emergency arises that prevents you from attending a session, please reach out, and we will do our best to find a compassionate and fair resolution.
