I may use hand placements, a pendulum, toning, or vocal Light Language to shift blockages. Clients often feel a sense of lightness, clarity, and heightened awareness afterward. What it is & why it’s helpful: This modality works with the body’s energetic centers (chakras) to move blocked energy, restore flow, and support spiritual attunement. Light Language — vocal or tonal transmissions — bypasses the mind and offers soul-level recalibration. Step-by-step journey: Initial Read & Intention: I do a gentle energy read to note which chakras are languid, hyperactive, or stuck. An intention is set. Grounding & Breath: A brief breath practice moves you into the felt sense of your chakras. Balancing Work: Hands, feathers, tuning forks, or crystals are used systematically from root to crown. I may use vocal toning and Light Language to send energetic transmissions. Integration through Movement or Voice: Gentle toning, humming, or small movements help anchor newly released energy. Closing Scan: I check the field again and recommend at-home practices (mantras, colors, foods, or small rituals). Follow up: A suggested sequence of sessions to deepen alignment may be offered. What clients feel & practical details: Clients often report clarity around specific life areas related to a chakra (e.g., safety, creativity, communication). Length: 60 minutes.
