Crystals carry unique frequencies that interact with the body’s energy field. During a session, stones are placed intuitively on or around the body to promote harmony and balance. Energetic grids can also be created to amplify healing intentions. Expect deep relaxation and a feeling of alignment as the crystalline vibrations support emotional release and energetic recalibration. ✨ What to Expect: You’ll lie down fully clothed while crystals are placed on or around the body in a specific pattern or energetic grid. I may guide you into relaxation while the stones do their work. Clients often feel calm, clear, and deeply restored. What it is & why it’s helpful: Working with the unique resonance of crystals to amplify intention, calm the nervous system, and support energetic realignment. Energetic gridding composes crystals into geometric patterns that increase focus and energetic potency. Step-by-step journey: Intake & Intention: The client shares an intention. I select crystals intuitively based on your goals of healing and explain their roles. Space & Placement: Blankets and pillows are arranged; crystals are placed on or around the body in targeted placements or a larger grid. Activation: I activate the grid with breath, visualization, or a ceremonial circling of the stones. Receiving: Client rests; the stones are allowed to hold the energetic field. I may softly speak, play a tone, or use Light Language. Deactivation & Reentry: Grid is carefully deactivated; stones are removed or left in place with care. Client is invited back slowly to embodied presence. Care & Clearing: I will advise on wearing or caring for crystals and suggest short rituals that can used at home. What clients feel & practical details: Clients often experience calm, clarity, or quiet shifts in perception. Sessions: 60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing; let hair down if it helps grounding. Crystal prescriptions for home can be offered.
