You’ll leave each session with inspired yet doable steps to create more harmony in your life. What it is & why it’s helpful: A soulful mashup of practical wellness coaching (food, routine, lifestyle) and intuitive counsel that honors the body and the inner compass. Great for people who want sustainable, soul-led change. Step-by-step journey: Intake & Mapping: We'll begin by mapping rhythms — sleep, eating, energy cycles, triggers, and longings. I'll blend concrete nutrition/lifestyle questions with intuitive sensing. Narrow & Prioritize: Together we identify one to three high-impact shifts (micro-habits, dietary tweaks, rituals) so change feels doable. Energetic Check: I'll sense where energy lags — which organs, chakras, or emotional patterns need support — and suggest energetic tools to pair with practical steps. Action Plan: Create a week-by-week plan with simple food swaps, grounding practices, ritual moments, and accountability structures. Follow-through & Adaptation: Each follow-up session revisits outcomes, adapts the plan, and layers on deeper energetic work as needed. What clients feel & practical details: Clients leave with confidence and an aligned plan that’s both realistic and soulful. Sessions can be 60–90 minutes.
