Service Description

Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind to gently shift limiting beliefs, patterns, or behaviors. In a deeply relaxed state, you’ll be guided toward new perspectives that support healing and transformation. Whether you are seeking to release habits, build confidence, or access past life insights, hypnotherapy offers a safe and effective path to lasting change. ✨ What to Expect: You’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed, trance-like state where your subconscious becomes open to new insights and affirmations. While in this state, you remain aware and in control, simply more focused inward. Sessions are deeply calming and can be transformative over time. What it is & why it’s helpful: A clinical-adjacent, relaxing modality that accesses the subconscious mind to shift limiting patterns, embed new beliefs, and support profound behavioral change. Step-by-step journey: Thorough Intake & Goal Setting: Discuss target behaviors, history, and safety (including medications or mental health conditions). Clear goals are set collaboratively. Pre-Induction Relaxation: I guide you into deep relaxation using breath and progressive muscle release. Induction & Deepening: Through specialized language and imagery, you enter a focused, trance-like state while remaining aware and in control. Therapeutic Work: While in trance, I will offer suggestions, reframe memories, or conduct regression work depending on the agreed-upon plan. Ego Strengthening & Reorientation: Positive resources and future-paced visualizations are anchored to support lasting change. Gentle Return & Debrief: You are brought back to waking awareness and given time to reflect. I will provide aftercare instructions and practices to consolidate gains. What clients feel & practical details: Clients often feel deeply relaxed and report insights or shifts between sessions. Length: 60–90 minutes. Hypnotherapy is not mind control — you remain an active participant. If you have epilepsy, schizophrenia, or other severe psychiatric conditions, we should first consult with your healthcare team. **Safety & Medical Disclaimer:** These methods are intended to support well-being but are not replacements for medical or psychiatric care. If you have serious medical or mental health conditions, you should consult your primary healthcare provider and inform me so that appropriate adjustments can be made or referrals provided.
