Service Description

This detoxifying treatment helps the body release impurities through the soles of the feet while restoring energetic balance. As your feet soak, ions interact with your body to draw out toxins, leaving you feeling lighter and refreshed. Clients often notice improved energy, clearer thinking, and an overall sense of renewal. This can be used as an add-on to other services. ✨ What to Expect: You’ll place your feet in a warm bath of water infused with ions while you relax. As the session progresses, the water may shift colors as toxins are drawn out. Many clients enjoy reading, meditating, or simply resting during this deeply cleansing experience. What it is & why it’s helpful: A relaxing foot soak that supports detoxification and energetic rebalancing by promoting the release of impurities through the feet and offering a contemplative reset. Step-by-step journey: Arrival & Explanation: After you arrive, I will explain the foot bath process and answer questions about sensations (during or after) and safety. Comfort Setup: Client sits comfortably; feet are washed and placed into the basin of warm water. Soothing music and pillows complete the experience. Ionic Session: The ionic unit runs for a set time as the client rests, meditates, reads, or journals. This service is a great add-on to a breathwork or meditation session. Observation & Rest: Water color changes may be observed (clients often find this interesting); the practitioner gently supports integration. Rinse & Re-grounding: After the soak, feet are rinsed, and client is offered grounding tea and a short re-anchoring practice. Recommendations: I suggest plenty of hydration, rest, and a gentle food plan for the next 24 hours. While some clients feel completely energized after a session, it is also common for some clients to feel a bit of fatigue as the day goes on, but it is simply the toxins leaving your body. I suggest scheduling this service on a day where you know you can rest and uphold self-care for the rest of the day. What clients feel & practical details: Clients often feel lighter and more energized; some report clearer thinking. Session: 30–45 minutes in the bath plus 15 minutes of prep/aftercare. Best not to do on an empty stomach; consult your health provider if pregnant or with certain medical devices.
