Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that restores balance to your body’s natural life force. By channeling universal energy through the hands, stagnant or blocked energy is released, allowing you to feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease. A session may feel like waves of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. This is ideal for stress relief, emotional healing, physical renewal, and spiritual connection. ✨ What to Expect: You’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table in a peaceful setting with calming music and optional aromatherapy. I will lightly place my hands on or just above your body, allowing the energy to flow where it’s most needed. A gentle transmission of universal life force that helps relax the nervous system and move stuck energy caused by emotions or trauma that we hold on to (often subconsciously). It supports emotional recalibration, stress relief, and subtle realignment of body/mind/spirit. Step-by-step journey: Arrival & Intake: You’ll be welcomed into a calm room scented lightly with aromatherapy (if you choose). The practitioner checks in about physical conditions, energy intentions, and comfort. Setting the Space: The table is prepared with blankets, a soundscape of peaceful music, and optional crystals to increase the vibration within the room. Grounding & Intention: A short grounding exercise or breathwork is offered. You set an intention (aloud or silently). The Work (hands-on/near): I will lightly place hands on or above areas of the body — crown, heart, abdomen, limbs — holding space where the energy needs attention. Hands move intuitively where I am guided to place extra energy within the body. This is not a massage, but the "light touch" of placing hands. Deep Relaxation & Integration: I may hold longer at places of tension. The session finishes with a gentle clearing, a whispered integration, and time to rest before sitting up. Closing & Aftercare: You’re offered water, journaling prompts, or a gentle stretch. I will give recommendations (hydration, rest, simple grounding). What clients feel & practical details: Clients often experience warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, or deep calm. Length: typically 60 to 90 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing; avoid heavy meals beforehand. Suggested frequency: weekly to monthly depending on goals. Not a substitute for medical care.
