Service Description

Shadow work invites you to explore the hidden or suppressed parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity. Inner child healing nurtures the wounded parts of your younger self that long for acknowledgment and love. Together, these practices bring deep emotional release, self-understanding, and integration. Sessions are supportive, gentle, and transformative, guiding you toward wholeness and self-acceptance. ✨ What to Expect: In a safe, guided conversation, you’ll be gently led into meditation or visualization to connect with your inner child or shadow aspects. You’ll have time to process, reflect, and integrate. Sessions often bring powerful emotional release and deep healing. What it is & why it’s helpful: A compassionate exploration of the parts of self that were hidden, shamed, or wounded. By meeting the shadow and soothing the inner child, clients integrate split parts and reclaim wholeness. Step-by-step journey: Containment & Consent: I will create a trauma-aware safe space, discuss triggers and grounding signals, and ensure safety. Mapping the Shadow: Through dialogue, prompts, and gentle exploration, you identify patterns, stories, or memories that carry emotional charge. Inner Child Meeting: Guided visualization leads you to meet your younger self — to listen, validate, and offer comfort or a corrective experience. Reparenting & Reframing Exercises: I may use voice-work, journaling, or ritual to offer new messages and restructure beliefs. Integration Through Action: Practical steps (boundary scripts, micro-rituals, small daily practices) help integrate the insights into life. Closure & Safety Practices: The session ends with grounding tools, a time for reflection, and a next-step plan for continued care. What clients feel & practical details: Expect emotional depth — tears, relief, or sometimes exhaustion followed by clarity. Sessions: 60–90 minutes and best paced with regular integration. If you have active severe mental-health challenges, let me know so I can coordinate care.
